CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION FOR OUR PATIENTS:

Premier Dental Care Remains Open – National Lockdown Announcement 4th January 2021.

On Monday 4th January 2021, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced England would enter a National Lockdown due to the rising number of cases of Covid-19.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

In order for us to protect our staff and our patients, we request that anyone with a cough, fever, shortness of breath or a cold, do not attend our practice. Please phone and re book your appointment.

Please bear with us, our reception may be busier than normal. If you cannot get through on the phone, please feel free to email info@premierdentalcarechatham.co.uk and our reception team will be happy to rearrange your appointment for you.

Should you be experiencing any of these symptoms and have a dental emergency, please ring reception and we will do our best to help you.

In Practice

At Premier Dental Care we have a very high level of infection control and will be stepping up these measures even further to ensure all high contact areas such as door handles, light switches and the card machine are regular disinfected using disinfectant wipes.

On arrival please use the hand gel provided.

If you do not want to wait in the waiting room with other patients, once you have checked in at Reception please feel free to wait in your car and one of our team will come and collect you for your appointment.

We are asking our patients to observe these measures so that we may remain open as usual to serve our local community. Thank you.
